If you have been thinking about getting elevator shoes or a height insole, today, I’ll share my view on the difference comparing height increasing shoes and height increase insoles.
Let’s start with the benefits of height insoles. I personally see two benefits to height insoles, one being is that it’s more affordable and the second you’re able to transfer it to different shoes.
Having said that, that’s all the pros I would be able to give to height insoles. Yes! I am that tough!
Something you would need to know is that these insoles aren’t appropriate for all shoes. lower-cut shoes wont work with insoles, because they are too short to accommodate your heel. Even if it does, it hold your feet too tight and brings discomfort.
In soles are great if you wear a high cut shoe like Converse or it can do well in boots too. Otherwise, it doesn’t fit these low cut shoes. The reason it’s not suitable for low cut os because it just pushes your feet up or it pushes your feet too front.
With an elevator shoes, you’ll get something that is built in. This means that you’ll also get additional height because the shoe is able to customise that design to make it height without sacrificing comfort. The most important benefit is you’re also not sacrificing design.
As mentioned earlier, these Guidomaggi loafers goes from 2.6 inches or 6.5cm. Usually height insoles would be around 1.6 inches to 2 inches max. With an elevator shoe, it starts around 2.6 to 3 inches, I’ve even worn some that were 5 inches tall.
Overall my preference has to be elevator shoes. It’s built together as one, it doesn’t feel like a Frankenstein shoe where you’re combining two different parts. Comfort is also better with an elevator shoe because of this and it’s something that you’ll be able to wear the entire day.
I’ve worn elevator shoes when I was travelling where I worn it for and walk ed the entire day.
With an elevator shoe, you’re also not limited to just high cuts or boots. You’ll be able to get a range of designs from these type of loafers that I have to boots, snackers, dress shoes and more. Let me shoe you how these elevator loafers look on it.
Remember guys, life is short, you don’t have to be.
