Height increasing sneakers? Let’s talk about that.
If you’re an avid reader of my blog, you’ll probably know my stands on elevator shoes.
I love them.
Some of you have emailed me, asking my personal thoughts on whether it would be lying to your date if you’re wearing height increasing shoes while you’re out with them.
I can’t answer this for you.
To be honest, if they are leaving you because of your height or because you ‘lied‘ about wear them, hey, it’s their loss! I think you dodged a bullet, my friend.
I personally think it’s lovely or respectful if you’re dressing up for your date My girlfriend doesn’t mind that I’m wearing elevator shoes at all. She loves it! she’ll be asking me what’s the special occasion is for? After all, I’m looking good for myself and for her.
Recently, I decided to switch up my style, just a tiny bit.
I’ve tried elevator dress shoes, elevator loafers, and elevator boots but I’ve not tried elevator sneakers before. So for the purpose of sharing if they are good or not, I decided to get them from Guidomaggi.

Initial thoughts about these height increasing sneakers: I LOVE THEM!
Like all shoes by Guidomaggi, it’s made with TLC and high-quality materials. I got the Fort Worth. It’s made black full grain leather on the upper, and great details in red and white calf leather. The sole of these shoes is made of natural rubber which gives a nice traction when you’re walking.
I personally love the colors combination. It gives off an iconic ’80s and’ 90s style vibe. And if you don’t know, this is HOT right now. The color gives off a iconic 90s Jordan shoes.
What separates them with their competitors is how much details they put into making their shoes. Remember, these are hand-made and mass produced.
These height increasing sneakers are:
1. Light! it’s light!
2. Crafted from high-quality materials: These shoes are made from premium full grain leather.
3. Very comfortable to be worn and walked the entire day: I drove with these shoes, shopped with these and was out the entire day with these shoes. It has really nice cushioning in them that is for me way better than converse shoes.
4. Stylish! These shoes are in trend! Match them with your favorite pair of jeans! and bam! you’re done! The color and style of this shoe also fit with the current trend. It’s an easy cop! As I mentioned at the top, it’s in hot right now.
The best part about Guidomaggi is their shoes sizing is ALWAYS accurate. I never had to size up or size down, unlike other companies. This again goes back to their attention to details.
I can honestly say that it’s hard to find a height increasing shoe that fits these criteria. Trust me! I’ve been searching for a long time and it took me a while before I found a really nice one. Which turns out, Guidomaggi was the answer to it. They are the answer to everything 🙂
How much height did this elevator shoes gave?
Close to 3 inches.
Most elevator shoes will give you the option of choosing how much heigh you’d like. For this shoes, the options were

Honestly speaking, now that I’ve tried these elevator sneakers, I’ve made up my mind. I personally think every short men’s closet should include a pair of height increasing sneakers. These after all, are sneakers that make you taller.
