It’s no secret I love elevator shoes!
Mens elevator shoes can secretly increase a man’s height and give them extra confidence. These shoes can add up anywhere from 2 to 4 inches in height for you.
As a short guy, even if it’s 2 inches, I’ll take it.
Last December, I rocked my pair of elevator shoes during my best friend’s wedding where I had to give a short speech. I knew I had to look my best.
1. Pick the right elevator shoes
Don’t go overboard with colors, pick a plain color that would fit what you’re wearing. Men’s elevator shoes come in all shapes and styles that fit all occasions. They come in elevator dress shoes, elevator boots & even elevator casual shoes.
2. No bulky elevator shoes
If they are bulky, don’t get them. They look weird on the feet like it doesn’t fit you at all.
Bulky elevator shoes put too much attention on your feet. People will start to notice your feet. The more emphasis they put to it, the sooner they realized they are height increasing shoes. We don’t want that.
A great pair of men’s elevator shoes can be very discrete when you look at it from the outside. In fact, it just looks like regular shoes. This is a good reason why you need to pick a reputable brand. I’ll recommend some brands below.
3. Wear clothes that fit you
Remember our style for short men rule? Always wear clothes that fits YOU! Pick a pair of pants with the right length for these shoes. Get them hemmed if possible.
You can wear good men’s elevator shoes, but if you’re if your break is too much or your shirt doesn’t fit you, it won’t work.
Where to buy men’s elevator shoes
So, where to buy height increasing shoes? I’ve tried over six brands; there are very few that I’d recommend.
Why? Simple, they aren’t comfortable. Not to mention they are HEAVY. Walking with them feels like I’m dragging my feel. I don’t have confidence walking with them.

Height increasing shoes are common these days. I know many who wear them and rock them on a daily basis. It’s made for us shorties. Even if you’re not planning to wear it everyday. I’d recommend wearing it on special occasions. The benefits are endless.
